When did the electrical tension in Belgium become 220 V, 50 hZ.?
When was the electrical tension in Belgium changed from 110/130 V 60 hZ to 220/230 V 50 hz, or in general a short history of electricity in Belgium. I did not find anything I could use under Electrabel, although they have a page with a time line. Taaner, Cisje guys I hope you can help. Tks.

According to wikipedia, both 127 and 220 were used up until the sixties. In the seventies, they gradually started switching everything over to 220V. It would also seem that in the Netherlands, this process is still ongoing in some places.
