need help about nri fees?

i am an oci (us citizen) but i had never been to usa and was born in india.i got usa citizenship at birth through my fatherand i am confused whether can i study in nri quota or not.moreover nri fees are so high so can you please tell whether can i study engineering through nri or not and also suggest me some good colleges with low nri fees (my inter percentage is 91%)

You are better off going to college like in Hyderabad.... in the USA, college is not free :(
