My body is unbalanced?
i tend to walk heavy on my left side. Also my abs on the left are bigger. i feel that my left is getting bigger not my right when working out. but my right is stronger.
how do i balence it

If your really concerned you should speak to a biomechanics specialist they may be able to explain why you are walking heavy on one side. Certain running/exercise specialist stores also have equipment to measure your gait (the way you walk) and it may be caused by over or under pronation. This can cause changes in your entire body mass without you being aware.
