i eat rice a cup of rice 3 times a day. how can i lose weight without even changing my eating habit?
i'm 15 yrs old and 60kg. my height is 5'2. i'm still a student so i need energy for school that's why i eat a cup of rice every breakfast, lunch and dinner. and i really want to lose weight. HOW CAN I LOSE WEIGHT WITHOUT EVEN CHANGING MY EATING HABIT OR MY DIET??? HELP ME PLEASEE!!!

You need to change your diet if you want to be healthy and have energy for school!!
