what vegetables can you add to pasta dough?
i have a school project and one of the questions is "what are some additional ingredients that can be added to pasta dough for variation?" and i cant find anything on the internet so i was wondering if anyone new, this is like due tomorrow any one know any?

Upmarket restaurants add squid ink to make pasta black. Not sure about the nutritional value of that one though. Very popular for some reason.

Tomata, spring onions, capsicum, cabbage, coreander, and spinach..these are vegetables which are used to make pizza dough.

You need things that can mold into the dough, Things like Spinach are good. Finely chopped onions, sun dried tomatoes, cheese, Goats cheese, Parsley, Zucchini, Grated peppers, Olives, diced mushrooms etc etc. The Vegeables have to be small to be molded into the dough and easily baked.
Good luck!
Also consider herbs, pepper, basil, etc.
