I'm wanna make a fixed gear bike what essential parts do I need ?

    The one essential part you need is money. Just buy one.

    A frame, two wheels, some steering. A seat might be good, but isn't strictly speaking essential. For a certain value of "fixed gear bike", a unicycle is also a fixed gear bike, but I'm assuming you want to build a conventional two wheel bike.

    There are conversion kits available for regular bikes that can convert them into fixed gear bikes. Here's an overview of a track bicycle, which is a form of a fixed gear bike. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Track_bicycle
