My dad is a ******, how do I stop this madness!!!?

Question

It's my birthday on Friday and i normally get the day off to spend with my dad. This time he is going to work, so I will be home alone and it's depressing, I'm really sad. He has recently been trying to get the girl of his dreams BACK. It is going bad at the moment. He has started drinking and smoking and barely speaks to me. He went of work for my son. He is 5 and I know it necessary for kids that age to have love, but do 16 year olds need love as well. I wanted to spend time with him. I don't want to be alone on my birthday.
