Which health and sport studies go with which approach?

I'm an A-Level student studying Psychology with the OCR exam board.

In the options paper we're looking at health and clinical psychology and sport and exercise psychology.

I would like to know which of the studies from the above options go with which approach.

The approaches being: Cognitive, Social, Physiological, Individual differences and Developmental.
