Im a filipino and american citizen (dual citizen). Im planning to get married, do i need a legal capacity?

I am currently residing in the Philippines (as a student). Im not sure if I really need to get a legal capacity to get married. Also, my girlfriend is pregnant, thats the reason why were getting married.

As long as you are single you can get married anywhere you want.
