I can't seem to lose the flab on my lower chest. What do I do?

I've been pretty diligent in the gym and the rest of my chest is solid, so what is it?

    probable to much sugar and not enough endurance exercising. like running or playing running sports, you should run everyday except sunday.....for at least one hour. most ppl that go to the gym, spend half of their time sitting down and chatting....when i go to the gym, i warm uo on a walking machine for 15mins....do 10 reps of ever wieghts 3 time, {make a circuit] of it...there are about 10 exercise with wieght you can do.....the dont have to be heavy weights...just enough to tests you muscles....then i finish off with another 15min on the walking machine to warm down........
