How do i build stamina/endurance in my running?
i picked up running to get back into shape, but i become short of breath within the first 10 minutes :/ what are somethings i can do to help me last longer in a continuous run?

Best is to combine slow and fast running. Run 50m fast then 100m slow. Run like that for half an hour. When you running slow to take rest, run as slow as you need, you can even walk. Then after a while run 100m fast and 200m slow. And go on. It takes times, but this is the best way for getting back in shape. Running uphill will also do. You will fill change after 7-10 days, just keep running!

Just run.Work on pushing yourself over the limit just a little bit.Do this everyday and don't forget to stretch before running or else you'll pull a muscle.
