Getting back with ex? :/ ?

Question

So my ex broke up with me because people were telling him that "i didnt love him" and trying to break us up. Stupid him believed them and broke up with me & now he wants me back saying he realized his mistake & that hes sorry & he still loves me. We had a good relationship & i kind of still like him but i dont know if i should take him back or not because i dont want to regret it later on. Any advice? :/

That douche is an ex for a reason.... He dumped you.... Leave him as an ex, have nothing to do with him.
