can a kid buy a pre-paid visa card?

Hello I just wondered so please answer cuz I want to buy a visa to buy stuff online.

Alot of them require someone 18+ to activate but there are some that don't, look for ones that don't require online activation. Like the Walmart money cards are not good, I had alot of trouble with them when I was younger.

you should just get a debit card from a local credit card company. when you get visa cards, you have to pay the company to just have a card. talk to your mom. if you have a job mowing lawns, then save the money and just put it in the debit savings account
