Why doesn't Dreamboard or Winterboard show up when I search them in Cydia?

I just jailbroke my iPhone 4s and now when I open Cydia and search for any of the apps, such as Winterboard or Dreamboard, they do not even show up! Very few apps at all show up when I search for them. Why is this?

Because you didn't let them update yet just exit and go back to cydia wait until packages complete then exit then wait again and the exit then wait now search
