Why do i get dizzy spells?

Question

I randomly will get dizzy && it lasts for at least 30 minutes. I feel naucious && end up having to sleep it off. Sometimes i also get a fever. I always get bad headaches as well. A migraine. Help?

I'm also 20 years old && not pregnant.

U can be pregnant, dehydrated .I don't know how old u are but if u r young it might because of all the changes in ur body that are taking effect.
