Why only a this one person picks on me?

I'm a femail she's too I don't know anything I ask her why but she says she has it in her head i'm shy and quite this persons loud and annoying she was picking on me for a long time now stops. But a few times she speaks to me I know it's just saying hi but I know getting over this and she's too but I think she like's me likes me. She's giving me hints before to hang out with loud and annoying people only. I'm just checking it's on my mind lately that I don't like her she's forcing me to be my friend and has many of friends. If she doesn't like me like me then why did she do it?
