It sure is! But all you really need to do is to see if they are black, if they are get back. Don't rent to them, and if you have enough time, throw your wallet and run the opposite way. Hope you escape unharmed.

Yes, but you will have to have the tenant fill out and sign a consent form for a consumer background check. A consumer background check agency will not do the check with out their consent or signature.
