I wouldn't be able to give you a direct lease offer for an Audi S5 however I can give you a current lease offer for a 2012 Audi A5 cabriolet and Audi S4 sedan so you get an idea of how much you are looking to be paying.

Currently the 2012 Audi A5 cabriolet is leasing for $479 per month offered as a 2.0T Premium model: MSRP $42,600 with:

    - 39 month lease, 10K miles per year

    $0 Security Deposit

    $479 First Month Payment

    $695 Acquisition Fee

    $2,799 Down Payment

$3,973 Due at Signing* (Excludes taxes, title, other options and dealer fees)

Currently the 2012 Audi S4 sedan is leasing for $519 per month offered as a 3.0T Premium Plus model: MSRP $47,300 with:

    - 39 month lease, 10K miles per year

    $0 Security Deposit

    $519 First Month Payment

    $695 Acquisition Fee

    $2.999 Down Payment

$4,213 Due at Signing* (Excludes taxes, title, other options and dealer fees)

The 2012 Audi S5 coupe has an MSRP of $53,900 closer to the MSRP of the Audi S4 sedan at $47,300 meaning that if the Audi S4 is leasing for $519 per month then expect to pay upwards of $519 + for an Audi S5, probably $615 a month.

it will vary with your location, credit rating, annual mileage and driving record but leasing is for businesses it is tax effective for high rate taxpayers it is not suitable for private buyers as all the money you pay is lost, only claiming against tax makes it worthwhile

Maybe you should be contacting you local car dealerships about this as prices and policies vary from place to place.
