What does Duly Noted mean ?!?
So I was texting this girl I like and I wrote to her " If we ever hangout and watch a movie we should snuggle togeather if you want"
Her reply to my message was " Duly Noted"
Was this a negitive reply ? Was she denying me in a nice way?
What exactley does "Duly noted" mean?

It means that the information received will get the attention and consideration it has due...neither a yes or a no.

It was a very ambiguous reply - especially in a text message.
"Duly noted" means, I hear you and I understand - nothing more. It is not a commitment or a rejection. Until you know her better or can see her face or hear her tone - that really means nothing at all.
Sorry, dude. I can't be more helpful than that.

It just means appropriately recorded or heard and is
a respectful way of saying just that.
Not a negative reply at all, just means she was paying
very good attention to what you said and in a way was
agreeing with you on your suggestion.

She was being matter- of- fact , using office-language, to say "I have made a note of what you said."
She did not deny it, or get angry; it means that was NOT a negative reply! Happy?

It's in the back of her mind.
(But don't hold your breath).
