It's not racist to Koreans because they don't know what to consider as racist or not.

No they aren't racist. Korea is a homogeneous country to begin with, so when anybody not Korean stands out. Black people especially because they are the world minority. In all actuality most Korea citizens have never met a black person face to face. They only know what they see off tv so what they know is limited and warped. Most of what they know are stereotypes like "Black people sing well, black people are gansta, black people are good at sports". Here's where the good part comes in, they are usually eager to learn more about things they don't know about people. Once you explain why something is offensive or rude they stop. Just remember they will still treat you like a foreigner.
