Smartphone apps that spy on owners?
Why do some Android apps say they will take over the hardware of the phone and record videos and images without the owner's consent? Who does this go to, who looks at these videos and images and why?
Terms of service specifically state this; for example, Weather channel and JP Morgan chase, and citibank apps ALL say this in terms of service. I just want to know what this is all about.
