Is this good for a gaming pc?

Well this is going to be my first gaming pc I built. My budget is going to be 1000$.

    The individual parts looks good, but I didn't check compatibility.

    Your motherboard does in fact have a sound card built in so no worries there.

    Pick up an ESD bracelet if you are going to build this yourself. 5 dollar insurance policy

    Color me jealous.
