Why do some blacks play racist card so much to get their way?

In every instance when their is a black person and a white person dispute the blacks always make it racist,They will deny this but i have experienced it at my work to the point where my employer will not hire any more blacks,sad but this is the case in a lot of company's,even tho its illegal, I am white,now...

They lack ability.

I understand what you mean. I have been getting rid of them over the last 3 years and also refuse to hire any new ones.

The productivity increases are substantial.

Your statement "the blacks always make it racist" is wrong when it comes to discussions. I have had disagreements with many Black people and I have not been accused of being racist by them in a long time.

SOME play the race card, most do not.

Unless you are being racist of course.

The cult of victimization requires that as a recognized minority you believe that any interaction with those outside your group which does not go in your favor is automatically the result of discrimination.
