If she's automatically making assessments of people based solely on ethnicity and with sincerity, then yeah she's racist. It's one thing to make culturally insensitive jokes, but when someone says they don't enjoy the company of certain races that's something else entirely. Personally I enjoy the company of good people, I couldn't give a damn what skin color they have.

This is a light form of racism. Most people believe that only white people can be racist, but that is a logical fallacy. But of course we don't live in a black and white world. (no pun intended) You cannot be either racist or not racist. She is slightly racist with those comments.

Racist views and racist actions are different. A lot of people hold racist views but don't act on them. I I would say she is somewhat racist in her thought process but not enough to hurt people because they are another racist. I guess it more black supremacists than racist. The believes blacks are superior and you find a LOT of different races who think they are superior to others.
I am not sure that rises to the level of what I would call racist but that's just me. She is allowed to have an opinion.

Very racist. Any comment based solely on a person's ethnicity is wrong, no matter the race.

She sounds racist. Maybe she has background that makes her feel this way to certain races. I wish we could see everyone equal, but in reality its probably never going to happen.
