What food to eat to lose weight?
for the last 5 days i've been eating;
breakfast: two slices of granary bread toast with light sunflower spread and jam and a cup of tea
lunch: apple, grapes and a salad (lettuce,cuecumber,sweetcorn) with a teaspoon low fat dressing
dinner: vegetable stir fry/jacket potato with salad/ 100g of tomato pasta/ birds eye steamed rice with vegetables
i've also been so doing 15minutes cardiac workout a day
so far i've lost 1kg in 5 days, shall i keep going with this plan or are there any changes i could make to lose weight faster?
