Cosmo is not related to MGM but they are backed by a German Bank the money flow may have been cut off as the cosmo has not made any money and probly wont

City Center is owned by MGM Resorts. So I doubt that it is bankrupt.

I have heard some stories about Cosmopolitan not having a lot of money. But I haven't read any where they have filed for bankruptcy.

Cosmopolitan is owned by (spelling) Deutch Bank, City Center by MGM Resorts. They are both losing money according to last reports, but not bankrupt as of yet.

No way. That is a silly rumor. Cosmo and City Center are part of the MGM Mirage Corporation.
