Should cultural diversity be a fourth pillar of sustainability?

I have no idea what you mean by pillar of sustainability. Cultural diversity does nothing to improve a society. If anything, it makes it weak and creates infighting and tension among citizens. Current events as well as those throughout history prove that, time and time again.

Diversity would be best appreciated by segregation.

And this way, there will be even less of a chance of the entire world 'blending' into one race and all looking the same. Strange that liberals, who supposedly LOVE diversity, also can't wait for that to happen. Where's the diversity in that?

HECK YEAH! Different people, beliefs, traditions, and lifestyles help us all see that there's more than one way of thinking and that the world doesn't revolve around us. Being different is good sometimes. And we all get to experience cool things that we're not used to when different people get together.
Plus, diversity makes everything more interesting and fun. Life would be a lot more boring without diversity.

In an increasing globalised world, one can only gain by considering how the various cultures work, understanding the differences to better manage a more diverse workplace.
