Okonomi sauce is a Japanese sauce used for dishes like okonomiyaki, tempura, and tonkatsu. It is easy to make at home and is basically a combination of Worcestershire sauce and tomato sauce or ketchup. Here is the recipe we use at home.

Okonomi-yaki Sauce

• 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

• 2 tbsp tomato sauce

• 1 tbsp soy sauce

• 1 tsp caster sugar

You can also buy already prepared okonomi-yaki sauce at most Asian Supermarkets.
