What are some good songs of different languages that are pop songs?

I am having a multicultural week at my school and one of the ideas is to play different kinds of pop songs in different languages during lunch.

Any pop songs that are appropriate in different languages ?

Herbert Grönemeyer and Udo Lindenberg are considered the best German singers of all time, they have wonderful songs. Also, Nena is great. My suggestions:
Herbert Grönemeyer: "Der Weg" or "Mensch"
Nena: "Irgendwie, irgendwo, irgendwann"
Udo Lindenberg & Nena: "Jetzt bist du weg" or "Wozu sind Kriege da"

Younger German pop singers might be Xavier Naidoo: "Abschied nehmen", "Ich kenne nichts" (there's also an English version of that song)
or also Unheilig (though that might also fall into the Rock-genre): "Geboren um zu leben".

Eros Ramazotti is an Italian Pop singer. You might like songs like "Favola", "Aurora", or (in my opinion the best) his duet with Andrea Bocelli "Musica é".
Also, Vasco Rossi is quite a good Italian singer, take "E...", for example.
