It appears to be an often asked question, re: the 2009 film, 'It's Complicated', starring Steve Martin, Maryl Streep and Alec Baldwin.
There are some who have referred to the food scenes in the film as their favorite part (with runner-up being the house and bakery) and referring to the incredible-looking food scenes as "food porn". This is all the genius of the Food Design Stylist, Susan Spungen..who's job it was to create lavish recipes for the film. Susan Spungen is also an author, who's cookbook entitled
'Recipes-Collection for the Modern Cook' has been gobbled up by everyone who saw the movie and wants to know how to make the perfect, bronze-roasted chicken, or the delicious-looking chocolate cake. Some of the recipes are in her cookbook.
Susan Spungen-Food stylist Extraordinaire:
Food scenes from 'It's Complicated' = "food porn":
The exterior house scenes were filmed in an area located about an hour South of Santa Barbara, California ( = Malibu, give or take), while the interiors were all filmed on a sound stage in Brooklyn, New York. There's an interesting site called 'Hooked on Houses' that supplies details and images of properties, homes, and other structures that were used in popular feature films, TV shows and commercials. (like the hotel in 'The Shining', or the house from 'Home Alone', scary house from Amityville Horror, and many others.) Hooked on Houses has further information re: the 'It's Complicated' house and bakery scenes:
