Whats the difference in buying a named brand perfume at Target or Wal Mart than at a department store?

I want to buy the Viva La Juicy perfume. I saw one on the target website in sale for $21.49. I think it is a much smaller size but the packaging looks a bit different. I want to know if there is a difference in the target perfume and the one you could buy at Sephora
