have the ear of的用法

Q:能不能幫我整理一下have the ear of的用法?

Update:

The Intelligence Bureau certainly will have the ear of government.

還有我在片語書看到上面寫:have the ear of...

    我的印象是 have the ear of 比較常見在 {得到高層的注意}

If someone has the ear of an important person, their ideas are listened to and considered important by that person.

    (Cambridge Dictionaries Online)

have the ear of somebody: to be able to share your opinions with someone important or powerful

With a Latino as secretary of commerce, the Hispanic community finally had the ear of the president.

    (thefreedictionary)

With more than 400 nurses quitting from their jobs, they might have the ear of President Ma.

The Intelligence Bureau certainly will have the ear of [the] government.

    have the ear of...
