They appear to be obsessed with race, by all indications
They create quotas based on race
They insist that "minorities" need a handout, not a hand up (also based on the color of their skin)

If you question the President, you are called a racist
If you question a Democrat program you are called a racist, as if you don't support wasting billions of dollars on ineffective programs, you cannot possibly care about the people they purport to want to help....so, you're a racist
They create government programs and a government schools system, that perpetuates their position in life, failing to help, failing to educate. Bad schools are propped up, and every effort to give them choice or better education is squashed by DNC controlled teacher unions.
Failed government programs have more money poured into them; not to make them work, but to "APPEAR" to be helping people who obviously cannot survive without "Their" "HELP"?
