how do I know when my tattoos fully healed?

I got it done two months ago and its done peeling. Is it healed?

    If you close your eyes, and it feels like regular skin, and if you bump it it doesn't hurt, and if it is not milky or shiny, then it is healed. (deep down in a few months).

    Yours looks healed.

    Use a high (85+) SPF sunblock on it each and every time that you go outside.

    2 months? No peeling? Yeah it's healed.
