So long as they do not allow the views they hold to prejudice the way they treat people in the job they hold. If they do, then like in any job, they should face the consequences.

Someone's political views are only relevant insofar as they affect a teacher's work performance. If a person treats everyone equally and does not try to tell kids that his opinion is the only right way of doing things, there's no reason why it should matter.

Teachers have to abide by the GTC code of conduct, which makes it very hard for BNPers to be teachers anyway, but if they stick to the code, then I see no reason why they shouldn't be teachers.
