Ok so some place has an Aboriginal name that does not mean the people living in it are not biased in some way now does it?. If the town has an indigenous population but are all in a slum on ''that side of the tracks'' and all the other residents live in nice well cared for homes in the ''right part of town'' then you could ask this question.
You can name a place anything you like but that will not do anything to the demographic or social structure of that place.
What you would need to do is build a brand new town. erect X number of houses then import a cross section of the Australian community. Give them (each family) a key to each house. Tell them all as a group, now go select the house you want to live in--it is yours.
I bet you all the tea in China the group will look around, all the same ''types'' will congregate together and will go in smaller groups and select houses all side by side each other forming mini enclaves. Dont for one moment tell me it would all be split up. or where in hell does Cabramatta for Vietnamese, Leichardt for Italians, Lakemba, Puchbowl, Wiley Park, Belmore for Arabs, Campsie for Koreans,Strathfield for Asians and all those places come from?
Multicultural Australia? My butt .,
