Why the minorities behind President?

Why is it that the Blacks & Hispanic soldiers (mostly) are always seen centered in back ground behind the President during military speeches. What is the point? Diversity?

Minorities generally rally around Democratic ideals mostly because democrats have historically defended these groups (affirmative action, and others). For hispanics, a second aspect is involved: immigration.

The count of the African American (blacks) & Hispanic population has been calculated. This is the determination as to "where life will lead to in the USA" within these two nationalities during the next 40 years. Within this our Government, controlled by the Rothschild family - which is controlling 50% of the world, will make life the way they plan life to be for the blacks and the Hispanics in the USA. That is why, now, we are seeing what we are seeing on national television. Have fun and learn by this video.

The president is also in the minority, or haven't you noticed ? Of course they're gonna put as many minority people around him as they can...what do you expect ? I'm not even sure if so called whites are even the majority in this country anymore. I tend to think they aren't.
