This probably has to do with the fact that a triangle inscribed in a semicircle is always a right triangle (so angle JLK is 90) but I want to make sure I understand this right first...where is JL subtending a 130 degree angle? At K? At the center of the circle?

    arc KL = 180 - 130 = 50 degrees

    So inscribed angle KJL = 1/2 arc KL = 1/2 (50) = 25 degrees
