- angled wall of bedroom and her bath (one rarely sees those shapes for those rooms)
- use of a double door entry and a double door transition from living room to bedroom
- I find it interesting that there appears to be only 2 windows. The place will not have much natural light, which is something of a drawback, I think.
- the entry area, living room, and his bath are generic.
- No kitchen area ??
Just my thoughts here : It appears to be a small space. I am not sure that having two bathrooms is making good use of the space. The corridor separating the two baths is wasted space, in my opinion. I'd think of a way to make a larger two-sink his-and-her bathroom, and use some of the his bath space to enlarge the entry area. I'd also enlarge the living room at the expense of the bedroom. After all, is that large middle area floor space of the bedroom going to be used for anything ? I don't see how it really could be used for much. But then again, having the dividing wall where it is appears to be the only way to have a window in the bedroom.
