Can you transfer songs from other peoples iPods into yours?

I was wondering if I can transfer my sisters songs into my iPod from hers....

I know I can get it from her computer, but she took most of her songs from her bf's computer (they broke up already) so all of her songs are in her bf's computer, but she has them in her iPod.....

If you two have separate computers, she can sync the songs onto her iTunes library, then you can turn on HomeSharing and you'll be able to get all her songs on your iPod.

    Depends.

    If bought from iTunes, no.

If just songs you downloaded elsewhere, simply copy the music files themselves into your computer, and then put them in iTunes
