Depends on the school and how you define "really good". If you mean something from Harvard - Duke/Georgetown, very unlikely unless you're a hooked applicant. A hooked applicant is someone who is applicable for affirmative action (african american/hispanic), a recruited athlete, a winner of a truly major award (intel isef finalist, davidson fellow, international olympiad gold medalist), or a paying legacy student (child/relative of high donating alumni). IB and two clubs ain't going to cut it.
