i have loose skin help?

so ive been losing weigh and i notice that i have loose skin, how do i get rid of this? my friend says is to do more exercising that isn't cardio like weights

    Skin is elastic and will expand or contract with weight gain and loss.

    Your skin is becoming loose, because you are losing weight too quickly.

    Right now, stop losing weight completely to give your skin a chance to adjust.

    Once your skin has adjusted, you can begin to lose weight again, *slowly*.

    It will take some time for your skin to shrink up. Building muscle will help fill it out while looking nice. Weights are a great way to do this.
