I'm really skinny i wanna bulk up?

Ok so i've been thinking about doing p90x. I'm 14 years old. My legs are big and my head is big but my chest stomach area is small an puny. It makes me look like i have a huge head. Anyways i want to gain some muscle. Is P90X the way to go?

    Say nooo to p90x.

    Workout on your upperbody.. Lyk Dumbell press, Dumbell flyes, Bench press for chest.

    Dumbell curls,

    Barbell culs, Arnold Press for Arms.

    Try to work on your shoulder, it makes you chest pop out and Eat Protien.. Without your Food Intake Workout won't show results

    P90x is more for cutting up not bulking up. If u want a bigger chest you should bench and do pullups( not chinups).. If u want arms you should curl, do push ups and do chin ups

    nooo not p90x, just hit the bench, do situps and pushups and take protein shakes or weight gainers
