hi i am 13 and i need help?

I am 13 and a boy and i m am 5 6 and 160 pounds and i have some muscle because i bench every other day. But when i look at my belly or core my sides are big like other then doing crucnches where i move my arms to work my sides is there any workout or machine i can do?

    Try to take less calories. And workout( push up, pull up, crunches and Cardio) I won't recommend you working bench press you are just 13 year old and your bones are not developed. I would reccommend benching after you're 16.

    Why would you need to fix that? I am a 13 year old girl, and I think you sound just fine.
