Army female hair regulations?

I know men cant have beards but i have seen alot of women in uniform with either lots of peachfuzz or light to medium whiskers. Arent they supposed to shave as well? This one female sergeant has lots of whiskers and there is no way a gas mask could seal against her face with those whiskers. Are women exempt from shaving? Also in PT uniform some women had hairy legs and hairy armpits. I thought the regulations stated women had to look feminine? How long can female armpit hair be? I saw ar 600-7-1 to see but i didnt find anything. I am sorry but women with beards, hairy legs and 4 inch armpit hair in my opinion does not project a feminine image. Can a female be ordered to shave her beard, legs and armpit hair? The stupid reg only mentions female head hair.

It's not facial hair, it's military-grade moisture wicking face masks!
