What diet plan goes with my body shape?

I have a lymphatic body type.

What foods should I eat or avoid eating in order to lose weight? I want to lose 30 pounds. Thanks in advance :)

    Saying you are a Lymphatic women is code for saying exercise is not the favorite activity? Sorry, but weight loss is the same for everyone. Eating fewer calories than they use during the day's activities.

    NO IDEA what you're talking about. There is no diet for body type.

    1500 calories a day, 1 hour of exercise a day.

    No such thing. A diet for a pear shape is the same for that of an hourglass, apple, banana, inverted triangle or any other shape you can think of.

    I'd recommend not eating anything, maybe a banana or apple a day. If you're feeling peckish nibble on some blueberries. For your treat day you can have a chicken sandwich.
