Eating fast food after working out?
I worked out shoulders, got home from the gym about 30 minutes ago, drank a protein shake, and have a burrito from Filibertos in my fridge. Should I wait before eating it? Would the workout that I did not too long ago be a waste? It's a big burrito. Would a lot of the burrito be stored as fat?

No, the opposite is true. After a workout is the best time to consume, your metabolism is active and your body needs nutrients to recover from the workout (repair and build muscle).
