What point does the anti stalking feature kick in when reporting a user?

    I believe the anti-stalking mechanism kicks in after 5 (five) reports on a single user's content that result in the content being removed. After you report and 'drop' five of someone's questions or answers, you won't be able to insta-drop any Q&A anymore - subsequent reports are reviewed by staff to ensure that the reporting isn't illegitimate.

    I have NO idea. I think that's a troll myth on the SB, or it has been superseded and is VERY outdated. Yahoo is updating the abuse reporting procedure RIGHT NOW.
