You can get a 23.6" of the same series monitor on Amazon with free shipping for cheaper:
You also don't need to buy the DVI cable since it comes with the monitor.
This is what I would change for the build:
NZXT Phantom 410 Gaming Case - Black
Intel® Core™ i5-3570K Processor (4x 3.40GHz/6MB L3 Cache)
4 GB [2 GB X2] DDR3-1600 Memory Module - Corsair or Major Brand
AMD Radeon HD 6870 - 1GB - CrossFire Mode (Dual Cards)
ASRock Z77 Extreme4 -- 2x PCI-E 3.0 x16, 4x USB 3.0
750 Watt - Corsair CMPSU-750TXV2
If it was me I wouldn't get the Blu-Ray drive, I'd just download any TV or movies in HD that I'd want to watch since the Blu-ray drive is just a lot of money. If that's what you want to do though that's alright, it's your build ;).
Also if you want to lower the price you could get a cheaper case (though it seems kind of silly for such a high-end system to be in a $20 case lol), get a 1TB instead of a 2TB or get the Corsair TX650W. The 650W can power it fine even with overclocking, but it doesn't have the 4xPCI-e power connectors so you'd have to use adapters.
Also the HD 6870 Crossfire is about 66% faster than an HD 7850. It's going to be even faster than an HD 7970, so it should be pretty awesome.

For those specs, no. Graphics card and power supply are the weak links (usually standard power supply means a cheap low quality unit). You will also want good aftermarket CPU cooling, especially if you want to overclock. An SSD is also recommended... it makes quite a difference in performance.
You can certainly do better building it yourself.

Great gaming build is an intel i5-2500k with an Evga-560ti 700w psu and a p-67 motherboard

Your specs right now are OUTSTANDING. Though some of them are not necessary, this PC will last you a LONG time.
