military pilots to the airlines process?

Whenever leaving the Armed Forces (discharged or going into the reserves), do they have options to go into the regional or majors airlines.

Military pilots leaving the service don't get an automatic "in" to any airline. They have to apply just like everyone else. Having said that, the training they receive in the military, and the flight hours they accumulate, will certainly make them the most desirable to hire.
